Monthly Progress Update – Batam Data Centre & Connectivity Projects
(Fifth Update)
NDP1
- The first module of our NDP1 Data Centre is now 67% complete, maintaining strong momentum toward delivery.
- Key milestones remain on track: Energisation is in progress, the first MMR and Data Hall are near completion to host Tenant Improvement Work in February and Ready for Service (RFS) in April. We’re committed to delivering a robust, future-ready solution.
- More than half of the generators and PTUs/RMUs have been hoisted into position with precision — check out our latest timelapse video.
- Cooling Towers are already in position on the rooftop.
- Additional progress photos are included below, including a first glimpse of internal works.

NCC
- The Nongsa-Changi Cable, our subsea link between Batam and Singapore, has reached 63% completion, with steady progress continuing.
- Notably, the Singapore-side stub has passed acceptance testing and is now recognised as a completed milestone.
- We’re forecasting marine installation in March 2026 and RFS in April 2026.

Citra Connect
- On-campus connectivity works at Nongsa Digital Park, delivered via our Indonesian subsidiary Citra Connect, are now at the 50% mark.
- Multiple construction project streams are advancing in parallel, including POI lead-in construction, to ensure seamless integration and enhanced connectivity for our ecosystem partners.

We’ll continue to share monthly updates until each system reaches RFS.
