The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time role and will be part of the Human Resources team.

Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across both business and technical functions. This role partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent in a timely manner. As a key partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition Specialist also provides market insights, advises on hiring trends, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist has the following key responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across business and technical functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations
- Conduct role briefing discussions and advice on hiring strategy
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
- Support regional hiring requirements where applicable
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies across multiple recruitment channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Partner with external recruitment agencies when required
- Support employee referral initiatives
Recruitment Process & Improvement
- Support development and improvement of recruitment processes and best practices
- Assist with job description development and role benchmarking
- Provide salary benchmarking and market insights where required
- Support interview process design and coordination
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience
Recruitment Operations
- Manage job requisition process including new roles and replacement hires
- Support headcount approval and hiring documentation
- Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring dashboards
- Support optimization of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Provide guidance on market conditions and talent availability
- Manage hiring timelines and expectations
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business
Visa & Hiring Compliance
- Support visa and work pass coordination where required
- Ensure candidates are legally eligible to work in Singapore or relevant markets
- Support background checks and reference verification where applicable
Projects & General Administration duties
- Ad hoc team related projects
- Support exit interview feedback collection where required
- Provide hiring insights and market intelligence to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
- Support and promote the organisation’s employer brand, including contributing to talent attraction initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring practices, ensuring fair and unbiased recruitment processes
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate) and utilise data to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experiences
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across both business and technical roles
- Strong sourcing experience using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders, with the ability to influence and manage expectations
- Ability to provide market insights, including salary benchmarking and talent availability
- Experience managing recruitment operations, including job requisitions, headcount approvals, and hiring documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of hiring compliance, including work pass and visa processes in Indonesia, Singapore or relevant markets (preferred)
- Experience supporting background checks and reference verification (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
