The Campus Security Operations Manager will be part of the Data Centre team.

Based in our offices in Batam, Indonesia.
Overview
The DC Security Operations Manager role is to lead and oversee the 24/7 Data Centre Operations, maintenance, strategic management of mission critical infrastructure system. This role ensures 100% uptime, SLA, operational excellence, safety compliance, regulatory requirements and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Data Centre security, ensuring compliance with customer SLAs, internal security protocols and local regulations.
- Develop and facilitate emergency responses procedures for security incidents, breaches, emergencies, unauthorized access, including at a user level on security IT systems.
- Oversee security operations maintenance, supervise vendor performance, including preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and service delivery quality
- Lead and supervise third party security service providers, establish and maintain agreements and services, including setting up and monitoring KPIs.
- Conduct regular property inspections, health checks, inspections and drills.
- Maintain and enforce adherence to site operating documents, standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method Operating Procedures (MOP), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP)
- Ensure compliance and readiness with site held accreditation, including certification audits and customer audits, including but not limited to ISMS, SOC2, PCI
- Oversee Change Management processes, risk assessments and mitigation, approvals, and communication of operational impacts.
- Prepare Incident Reports, investigate RCA, escalate and implement corrective action.
- Maintain logs, access reports, incident records, security parts inventory,
- Participate in risk assessments and periodic security reviews.
- Collaborate closely with FM operations team, ICT, Service Delivery, Projects, Network and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Interface with law enforcement, emergency responders, and regulatory bodies when required.
Qualifications & Experiences
- 5+ years of experience in security operations, preferably in data centres, critical infrastructure, high security facilities.
- Experience mentoring and training security staffs
- Familiarity in working with ISO 27001, TIA-942, SOC2, local data protection regulations, Security Networks.
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, security control room SMEOP
- Security certification preferred CISSP, CISM, CPP, PSP.
- Proven experience in managing 3rd party service providers, setting and managing KPIs, negotiating contracts and pricing for services
- Ability to establish and review Incident Reports, Root Cause Analysis Reports, CAPEX/OPEX budget forecast, asset management, critical spare management.
- Excellent collaborator with strong communication skills in English
